You may write an email, send a text, or call to request a consultation. Scheduling requests received after business hours, on a weekend, or holiday will be responded to on the next business day.
Your privacy matters. Please do not send personal information through email or text, as they are not secure forms of communication.
We will meet online at your scheduled consultation appointment. You will describe the reasons you are seeking help and have an opportunity to ask me questions. I will also ask you questions to determine if I am able to help with your concerns.
If you decide to proceed with making your first therapy session with me, I may offer an available appointment or ask if you would like to be on my waitlist. Normally, I maintain a waitlist for new potential clients. When an opening becomes available, I will contact you as soon as possible.
